2024 Reunion
The 2024 Burch Family Reunion will take place June 19-23 at the Innsbrook Village Country Club & Resort in Ruidoso, New Mexico! We'd love for you to join us, and hope this page has all the information needed to make your trip an easy one.
This year, we've added a few extra days for those that can make it. The main festivities are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 21-23, 2024. Some of us will also be there early, starting Wednesday, June 19. Whatever works, join us when you can!

Join Angie & Clark for an easy stroll through Cedar Creek Trails. We'll also have a board at the Clubhouse where anyone can share what they're planning so you can coordinate other plans! Golf, fish, visit the courts, or swim in the pool.
2PMKids' Hang (Parents' Nap) Time
We'll throw a Pixar movie on and bring some activities, or just have them run around like animals while parents snooze in their rooms!
3:30-5PMPhoto and Recipe Scan
Bring your family photos and recipe cards, we've got a new bulk scanner and we want to record everything!
6PMMexican Dinner
La Salsa beef or chicken enchiladas, beans, and rice in the Clubhouse. We'll also have a few cheese quesadillas for kids and vegetarians.

You'll need to have everything packed and out of your townhouse/condo, but the Clubhouse will still be ours for the day. Feel free to mosey around!
We're planning to get everyone together for dinner on both nights!
If you share with us that you are staying at the resort, we will assume you are joining us for meals (and automatically count you in our headcount, so holler if you can't join!). Everyone who has shared their reservation so far is listed in the guest list - thanks!
As for payment, we will have a spot to collect at the Clubhouse with amounts for each meal and the Clubhouse rental fee - so drop cash / check whenever you can! We'll also list our CashApp and PayPal handle.
Friday Night Dinner
Sandwiches and sides! We're keeping it simple since this is the day everyone arrives at different times, with different levels of hunger - $6 per adult.
Saturday Night Dinner:
The best deal in town! La Salsa will be catering a Mexican dinner for us again this year. This year it came to $14 per adult.
Breakfast
Gordon and Joe will be serving up eggs Saturday and Sunday mornings at the Clubhouse! We'll also have a few easy things to munch on like cereal, oatmeal and fruit.
Lunch
Everyone is on their own. Meet up at a restaurant nearby, or get something from the Albertson's 5 minutes away to make a meal. We can meet up to eat together at the Clubhouse, or in your townhome/condo.

Breakfast & lunch, open til 2pm.

For the second time, we're staying at Innsbrook Village Country Club & Resort. The main festivities are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 21-23, 2024. Some of us will also be there early, starting Wednesday, June 19.
We'll have the Clubhouse for the weekend. You can book directly with Innsbrook on their website or by calling 575-258-3589.
When you book, please send us an email or message so we can keep an accurate headcount (for meals, activities, etc).
Most of their units are multi-bedroom and can easily sleep 4-10 people, so you might want to pair up with other family to get the best deal.
Check the guest list to see where everyone landed so you can pester them at odd hours!
Innsbook offers fishing from their pond, free golf, tennis and basketball courts, a heated pool, and more. Check their website for more information.
When you book, you will be charged 20% of the rental total, then 2 weeks before the reunion, you will be charged the remainder. After booking, you will receive an email to confirm your rental by clicking a link and finding an agreement page where you can use your mouse to sign, so be on the lookout for that.

For RV and Camping, try Recreation Village, about 5 minutes up the road.
For other options, try Village Lodge or Comfort Inn Midtown. There are plenty of other hotels in the Ruidoso area. All group events will be hosted at Innsbook, but you are welcome to stay anywhere you like.

Since booking a townhome/condo is done individually through the resort, we just ask to split meals and the Clubhouse rental fee. Our final headcount is 42! 8 kiddos and 34 adults. This brings our Clubhouse fee to $25/adult (fewer adults this year, so the cost per head is a little more than last year), Friday night's sandwich meal at $6/adult, and Saturday night's Mexican meal to $14/adult for a total of $45/adult. Pay whatever you can! Thanks for pitching in. We'll have collection buckets with prices at the Clubhouse. We'll also list online accounts you can contribute to, if you prefer.
What's with the Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse is our central meeting space for meals and games, and we have it from 8a-10p all days. It has a full kitchen with a coffee maker, a TV screen, and playground! You can see more about the Clubhouse here. It is located at 103 Innsbrook Dr; Ruidoso, NM 88345.
What should I bring?
Bring gear or clothing you may need for any outdoor activities you're interested in (hiking, swimming, golfing, etc.). Last year it rained a bit, so an umbrella or raincoat wouldn't hurt. We can't get enough games, so bring your favorites! Since lunches are on your own, you may want to stash some snacks in the fridge in your rental, and if you're feeling generous bring extra to share in the Clubhouse.
How can I help with activities?
There is shuffleboard at the Clubhouse, but cornhole, ladderball or more "backyard" games could be nice! We are also bringing a photo scanner, so bring any photos or recipes you'd like us to digitize. We'll store the digital files and make a shared folder where everyone can access them.
How can I help with meals and drinks?
It will be helpful to bring tupperware, ziplocs, or foil in case there are leftovers from our dinners together you'd like to keep. It was also great last year when people brought coolers with drinks to share. I had trouble keeping up with ice, so we can also use extra bags of ice for the coolers. If we run out of space in the Clubhouse, the rooms have freezers where we can stash them.

Check-in at 4pm. Check-out at 11am.
